THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute trash. It's so terrible, it makes me want to throw up. I've used it a million instances, and it still fails miserably. The quality is cheap, and the design are terrible. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisproduct without being ashamed. I'm so disappointed that I hoped I'd purchased something usable instead
